Pearl Harbor - AJ

• The joint base pearl harbor is a naval base for the USA located in Hawaii. This is the United States main headquarters for the army and military. This base was also highly consisted of airplanes such as fighter jets and big heavy bombers. The base had a few incidents to.
• In 1942 a b-17 bomber lane was carrying many precious explosives. It was also holding 8 men whose last names were, Johny Bartek, John Deangelis, James Reynolds, Bill Cherry, Jim Whittaker, Hans Adamson, Alex Kaczmarczyk, and a very popular us hero, Eddie Rickenbacker. The plan had crasheed in the  pacfic because of  radio cut tht had forced them to atempt  tto go to and island that woul take over the amoount of gas they had. 
• The eight mmen had o share three small rafts and at nothing for  22 days, but drank very littlle. On there 23rd day at sea they split up into three group. Reynolds, Cherry, and Whittaker were  rescud on a beach. Deangeliis hho went alone was foound in th ocean, and Rickenbacker, Adamson, and Bartek weer found in the waters by signaling passing by planes. Alex who haddnot went with these three groups had died eeen before they split up bacausee of a skin disease.
• Another disaster was in world war two where Japan had started to conccur large amount of Asia. At this point America was not unvolved untiil three hundred Japanese planes destroyed almost half off parl harbor, but 3 quarters of the people survived. This created anger and a fleet of planes flew to Japan to drop the first ever nuclear  bomb. It blew up two big cities that wee called Hiroshima, and Nagasaki. This act had killed millions of people.
